About · Land surveyors
We measure so you stop arguing.
GLOBAL TOPO ENGINEERING SERVICES is a surveying practice and land agency based in Yaoundé. We work on the ground, instrument in hand, and carry files through to the land registry ourselves.

A field practice, not an intermediary
GLOBAL TOPO brings together two trades that answer each other: surveying, which establishes where the limits are, and land practice, which establishes who they belong to. Our surveyors run the survey, set the markers, draw the plan and lodge the file themselves. Nothing is subcontracted.
We work for individuals securing family land, companies setting out a building, and investors building a land reserve. The same surveyor follows your file from quote to handover.
Making land ownership legible, measurable and defensible.
In Cameroon, most land conflicts come not from bad faith but from imprecision: a limit never marked, an area never measured, a title never checked. Our work is to replace those approximations with documents that hold.
We do not sell certainties we have not established. What we have verified, we write down. What remains to be verified, we say so.
Two trades, one standard of measurement
Surveying
Total-station and differential GPS surveys, checked from two stations. Dimensioned plans, levels, building setting out and site follow-up.
- Boundary survey and report
- Topographic surveys and plans
- Building setting out
Land expertise
Procedures handled directly with the land registry: registration, subdivision, development, transfers and regularisation.
- Land registration
- Subdivision and development
- Administrative procedures
Transaction support
Title and boundary verification before purchase, file preparation for a sale, and support through to the notarised signature.
- Pre-purchase verification
- Verified land for sale
- Land advice and assistance
Four principles that hold on the ground
01
Precision
Tolerance of ± 2 cm, surveys checked from two stations, data tied to the national system. A measurement that cannot be checked is worth nothing.
02
Transparency
Detailed quote before the work, stated deadlines, no fees added mid-file. Anything not yet verified is flagged as such.
03
Security
Every job ends in a document of record: boundary report, dimensioned plan or lodged file. Surveyed, titled land can be defended.
04
Support
One reachable contact who replies within 24 h and stays on the file until it closes, including after handover.
Why clients choose us
What actually changes
The file goes through
Our documents are signed by sworn surveyors and assembled according to the procedure. They are admissible before the administration.
You do not queue
Filing, chasing and collection at the land registry, the cadastre and the council: we carry the paperwork.
You know what you are buying
Title checked, area measured, markers established on site. Gaps between the land advertised and the land itself are common.
You speak to a surveyor
Not to a switchboard. The person who answers is the one who goes to site.
Timelines are stated after reading
We do not promise a deadline before seeing the file. Once stated, it is held or renegotiated with you.
How we work
The same sequence on every file, whatever the service.
01
Understand the project before pricing it
Sale, construction, division or regularisation: the goal determines the service, not the other way round.
02
Read the documents before going to site
Title, plans and earlier reports are examined at the land registry before any intervention.
03
Measure, check, repeat if needed
Survey from two stations with a closure computation. A deviation outside tolerance means going back.
04
Produce documents that hold
Dimensioned plan, signed report, lodged file. A deliverable that fails before the administration is useless.
05
Stay reachable after handover
Questions usually arrive later: at the sale, at the permit application or at the notary.
A plot of land? A project? Let's talk.
Describe the situation and the documents you hold. We come back with a quote and a timeline within 24 h.
