For a practice or company that measures regularly. We advise on the configuration for your work, and stay reachable after the sale.
A badly adjusted instrument produces wrong measurements silently: the pre-release check is not a formality.

- Handover. Delivered on site or collected at the office, with the equipment schedule.
- Support during use. We stay reachable if you hit a problem with settings or handling.
- Return and check. Equipment verified on return and the hire file closed.

- Identity document : ID card or passport of the person responsible for the hire or purchase.
- Business documents : For a company or practice: trade register entry or attestation.
- Description of the work : Nature of the site and precision required, to choose the configuration.
- Deposit or guarantee : Required on hire; the amount depends on the equipment entrusted.
- Any other documents that may be required : Purchase order, mandate or a document specific to your organisation.
Documents vary depending on whether it is a short hire, a long-term hire or a purchase.
What sets the timeline
Timeline
Equipment in stock is available quickly; a particular configuration takes time to source.
- Availability : An instrument in stock leaves once checked; one already on mission means waiting for its return.
- The configuration : A standard configuration goes out quickly; a specific need may have to be sourced.
- The nature of the request : A short hire is handled the same day; a purchase with configuration advice takes a little longer.
