Overview

Administrative land support

What we take on

Assembling the file, lodging it with the competent service, chasing it regularly, answering requests for documents and collecting whatever is issued.

Why delegate

An unchased file can sit for months without moving. Following it means being at the right counters, at the right time, with the right documents.

Most blocked files are not refused: they are simply waiting for a document nobody went to fetch.

What we do

We take on a new file or a dormant one, and carry it through.

  • Status review of the file. Where the file stands, what was lodged, what is missing and what is blocking it.
  • Identifying the competent service. Land registry, cadastre, council or regional office, depending on the nature of the request.
  • Assembling or completing the file. Drafting, gathering and bringing the required documents into compliance.
  • Lodging and registration. File lodged in person and proof of registration collected.
  • Chasing and answering observations. Regular visits, answers to requests for documents and resolution of blockages.
  • Collecting issued documents. Documents collected and checked for compliance before handover.
  • Progress reporting. A regular update on the state of the file, without you having to call.
Our method

From first contact to handover

  1. First contact and status review Nature of the request, history of the file and any point of blockage.
  2. Review of available documents Reading what exists and listing what remains to be gathered.
  3. Assembling the file Drafting, gathering and bringing the documents into compliance.
  4. Lodging with the competent service Lodged in person and proof of registration collected.
  5. Follow-up and chasing Regular visits, answers to observations and progress reports.
  6. Collection and handover Issued documents collected, checked and handed over in person.
What you send us

Documents required

  • Power of attorney : It authorises us to lodge and collect documents in your name.
  • Identity documents : ID card or passport of everyone concerned by the request.
  • Land title or land documents : Title, certificate of ownership, plan or any document from the file.
  • Documents from the ongoing file : Lodging receipt, letters received and observations from the administration.
  • Any other documents that may be required : Succession deed, consent of co-owners, document requested during the procedure.

The documents required vary with the nature of the step and the service involved. We set the exact list after the status review.

What sets the timeline

Timeline

Timelines depend largely on the administration. We promise no shortcuts.

  • The nature of the step : Collecting a single document and a registration procedure are not comparable.
  • The complexity : An old file, missing documents, several services involved or a third-party objection all extend the duration.
  • The state of the file : A complete file moves; an incomplete one goes back to the document-gathering stage.

Estimate provided after the status review, then regular reporting.

Benefits

What you gain

  • Time recovered. No travel, no queues, no days lost at counters.
  • A compliant file. Documents are brought into compliance before lodging, which avoids round trips.
  • A file that is chased. Regular visits rather than passive waiting: that is what moves a file.
  • Checked documents. We verify the compliance of issued documents before handing them to you.
  • Personal support. One reachable contact who reports back without you having to call.

What we’re asked

Frequently asked questions

A question not covered here? Send it to us, we reply within 24 h.

Ask a question
Which steps do you take on?

Filing, chasing, answering observations and collecting documents at the land registry, the cadastral services and the council: certificate requests, transfers, registration files, subdivisions and approvals.

Is a power of attorney needed?

Yes, so that we can lodge and collect documents in your name. We tell you the exact form to draw up.

Can you revive a blocked file?

Yes. We start with a status review: where the file stands, what was lodged and what is missing. Most blocked files are simply waiting for one document.

How long does it take?

It depends on the nature of the step, the state of the file and the administration's own timelines. We give an estimate after the status review and report back regularly.

How am I kept informed?

We give you a regular update without you having to call. Any request for documents or observation is passed on as soon as we receive it.
